Introduction

The water immersion rotary retort is designed for high‑viscosity and semi‑solid foods such as canned soups and porridge. During sterilization, the baskets rotate slowly and continuously through 360°, agitating the containers and increasing convective heat transfer within the product. This improves heating and cooling uniformity and can shorten processing time. Precise temperature and pressure control helps protect seal integrity and minimize container deformation and thermal damage.
